FAR EAST CORRESPONDENT — Two drug addicts took over an Acleda Bank branch in Kampong Cham province Tuesday evening, taking a number of staff hostage and initiating an hours-long, meth-fuelled standoff that is still ongoing, police and bank officials said this afternoon.
